In each session you will receive comprehensive handouts, workbooks and recordings to support your learnings allowing you to revisit the content between each module.
These workshops are ideally suited for small tourism business owners, general managers and sales executives.
This programme is delivered through a series of engaging and interactive workshops, delivered across three 2-day modules from January – March 2020. Gaps between sessions allow you time to absorb and apply each topic and give you maximum value from this high impact programme.
To accommodate as many industry members as possible we will be running two simultaneous groups for this programme, detailed below as 'Group A' and 'Group B'.
